Subscribing to Haigain means you’ll never run out of your hair-growth serum mid-progress. You’ll lock in subscriber-only perks like discounted pricing, priority shipping, and guaranteed stock. Your subscription renews every 30 days automatically so your routine never gets interrupted.

Flexible, But With Accountability.

You can cancel your subscription anytime after your first renewal. We only ask that cancellation requests are submitted at least 7 days before your next billing date. Cancellations can be made through your account portal or by email. To keep things efficient, we do not process cancellations via phone or social media.

Pauses & Skips (When You Need Them)

Life happens. You can pause or skip a shipment once every three billing cycles. Just let us know at least 7 days before your next order is processed and we’ll take care of it.

Subscription Orders Are Final.

Once a subscription order is processed and shipped, it is non-refundable. The only exceptions are for defective or incorrect items. Our 30-Day Confidence Guarantee applies to first-time one-time purchases only and does not apply to subscription renewals.

Price Lock Protection.

Your subscription price is locked for 6 months. After that, any pricing updates will include a 14-day notice so you’re never surprised.
